Refund policy

WARRANTY / RETURNS: These items are collectibles and we do not warranty them for play once removed from factory packaging they are no longer new and no refund will be issued, please inspect before opening.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for manufactured defective items only. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed. Any Pre-Order item that is cancelled will result in loss in ability to pre-order from us in the future.
